In today’s dynamic business world, change is omnipresent. As a manager, you not only play a central role, but also act as a role model for your teams and employees. Your clear and convincing communication is of fundamental importance in minimising uncertainty and building trust.
Communicate clear visions and promote identification
Your task is to clearly communicate the vision of change and ensure that your teams understand and identify with this vision. You are responsible for mobilising the energy and commitment of your employees to achieve the new goals together.

This training focuses on three communication formats that are particularly relevant in times of change. These are embedded in a fundamental understanding of interaction and the latest socio-psychological findings to give you the tools you need to communicate change with confidence.

  1. Messages: Learn how to get to the heart of the central message of change – succinctly, concisely and effectively.
  2. Dialogue: conduct conversations that contribute to clarification, clearly state goals and tasks and at the same time motivate.
  3. Presenting: Acquire the art of convincing presentations. Learn to create a powerful and authentic presence that conveys confidence and security in times of change.
