Today, it is therefore much more important to focus on one’s own strengths and utilise them in a measured and effective manner.
New options for solutions and action through effective leadership
In this coaching module, you will learn about an innovative leadership and communication approach. It not only opens up new solutions and options for action, but also safeguards your willingness to perform and that of your employees.
Focus on personal development
Working on your personal development is at the core of the coaching module. Starting with inner clarity and alignment, you will learn, for example, to what extent self-respect forms the basis for the respect that others show you. Strengthen your inner composure to use your influence as a manager in a measured and effective way. This also means taking control of and responsibility for your own decisions and, if necessary, saying ‘no’ and ‘stop’ in a cooperative manner.
Values, interests and needs as a guiding principle
This coaching module is based on the concept of ‘non-violent communication’ by Dr Marshall B. Rosenberg. It centres on values, interests and needs as the basis for successful cooperation. Among other things, you will learn how to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner and, in the best case, to avoid them.
